The upgrade will take place on DATE at TIME.
Once the new system is live on DATE, you will need to link your accounts prior to logging in for the first time. Just follow these simple steps.
From our Online Banking Login at www.fi-name.com, select “Link Profile”.
Next, select the accounts you would like to link. If you have both personal and business accounts with us, you can link both under one single log-in for easy account access. Click Continue.
Enter the credentials associated with each of your Personal and Business Online Banking logins you chose to link. This will ensure that all account details are linked correctly. Click Continue.
Then enter a username, password, and the email address you would like associated with your accounts. Passwords must be a minimum of 9 characters, maximum of 17 characters and must include 1 uppercase alpha character, 1 lowercase alpha character, 1 special character and 1 numeric character. You will use these credentials for logging into our new combined Online Banking once enrolled. Once finished, click Create.
To complete the process, we will send you an email to verify your email address. Once received, you will simply click the link included to verify your address in real-time.
Once verified you will be able to use your username and password to log into our new combined Online Banking. Upon your first login you will receive an email with a one-time passcode to verify your identity. Simply enter this into the system and submit to securely login.
All of your account details will be available and ready to use including transaction history, payee information and scheduled payments.
If you prefer, you can link your profile using our updated Mobile Banking app. If you don’t have auto updates enabled on your phone, you will need to update your mobile banking app before linking your accounts.
The updated app will include a new log-in process. The app will open with a welcome screen where you can simply click “Log In” to be taken to our secure browser log in page. Enter your username and password to log into the app.
The new and improved system will offer all the tools you need to achieve your financial goals and meet your everyday banking needs wherever you go.
